“Bryan’s Style”

Born in Guam, to Filipino parents, raised and residing in Central Florida. Surrounded and shaped by these unique cultures, B-Style is a reflection of that upbringing; sharing the table with family and friends, learning and connecting over a meal, prepared with the utmost care.

My goal is to extend that table, to continue sharing my culture, my experience, expressing and paying homage how I know best.

    •     Spare ribs: serves 4-6 people, includes rib tips, 1-1.5 racks/tray
    • Baby back ribs: serves 3-5 people, 1.5-2 racks/tray

    BBQ Shrimp Skewers

    Grilled shrimp skewers seasoned with Bryan's savory spice blend, and tossed in our signature K-Style Spicy Gochujang Sauce (a sweet and spicy blend of orange blossom honey, Korean chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper powder, and garlic).

    Includes an extra 8oz. container of our signature sauce for dipping.

    Filipino style egg roll filled with cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts (vegetarian friendly).

    Sweet chili sauce included.

    Fresh cucumber and tomatoes marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

    Given the personalized nature of our services and the careful planning involved, all payments made are final. This allows us to commit our resources and expertise to fulfill your order.

  • We recommend booking your event catering order 4 weeks ahead of time.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your order. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to delivery/pick up date. 

    *Orders placed within 2 weeks of your event date require full payment at time of order.

  • Our minimum order is $120.

  • Absolutely! We offer flexibility with our menu. You can customize your menu by choosing from our a la carte options.

  • We offer a variety of options to accommodate dietary preferences.

    • Gluten-free: red and white rice, veggie skewers, and protein marinade (can be made with gluten-free soy sauce upon request).

    • Vegetarian: red and white rice, veggie skewers, veggie lumpia (contains egg wash and dairy), and our K-Style Spicy Gochujang Sauce.

    • Vegan: red and white rice, veggie skewers, and our K-Style Spicy Gochujang Sauce.

    We are currently working on recipe testing to expand our menu and offer even more options for various dietary restrictions in the future.

  • Yes, we offer set up services for events. For breakdown services, please reach out to us for an estimate.

  • Delivery is $10 for the first 15 miles and $1 per additional mile. Pick up is free.

  • Yes, all are included for events, drop and go orders, and sampler platters.

  • Yes, we provide chafing dishes and warming equipment as part of our event services for an additional fee.
